Meet our Owner/Director
My name is Shemika Winbush
I am the Owner and Licensed Director for Play and Learn Development Center. I have been in the childcare field since 2011. I have experience working with children of all ages. I have received my CDA, Ancillary and NAC. I quickly moved from the classroom to Administration. I enjoy spending time with my family.
